Our check-in time begins at 3 p.m. and ends promptly at 7 p.m. Please kindly inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time.

We are pleased to offer an early check-in option starting from 12 noon for a fee of £20 per room. This service must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

Our checkout time is 10:30 a.m. We kindly ask that you vacate your room by this time to facilitate our preparations for our next guests.

We are delighted to provide a late check-out option until 1 p.m. for a fee of £20 per room. This service should be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Our breakfast service begins at 9:00am and concludes at 10:00am, with last orders taken promptly at 9:45am.

The cost for breakfast is £5 per person per day if booked in advance, or £7.50 per person per day if booked at the hotel.

No. We only accept guide dogs. 

We are an adults-only hotel. We welcome guests aged 16 and above. 

We do not have any ground floor rooms, but we will do our best to accommodate you. We have welcomed guests with a variety of needs, but please call us to discuss before booking your stay.

Yes, our bar is open daily from 12 noon and is accessible to both residents and non-residents.

If you have friends or family staying nearby, they are welcome to join us for drinks.

• If you haven’t pre-booked our drinks package, you can upgrade for £39 per person, per day at the hotel.

• All parties in the same bedroom/group must upgrade; one person per party/room cannot upgrade.

• Sharing wristbands is strictly prohibited; if caught, your wristband will be revoked without refund.

• Buying drinks for guests not on the drinks package is strictly prohibited; if caught, your wristband will be revoked without refund.

• The inclusive package includes selected drinks. You can upgrade to drinks not included for £2.00 per drink.

• Spirits are served in 25ml measures, and wine in 125ml servings.

• Limit of one drink per person; please finish your drink before ordering another.

• Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if they deem a guest to be too intoxicated.

• Responsible drinking must be adhered to at all times.

Wristbands must be worn at all times; failure to wear your wristband gives staff the right to refuse you a drink.
